CANDY SATCHER

PRESIDENT

Candy Satcher serves as President of AAPI CPA and is a commercial real estate leader with more than 20 years of experience overseeing institutional office assets and complex property operations. A dedicated industry advocate, Candy has served on the BOMA Oakland/East Bay Board of Directors and previously served as Treasurer of AAPI Commercial Professionals of America. She is committed to supporting diverse talent and creating opportunities for future industry leaders.

RICHARD LYTTLE ARMSTRONG

VICE- PRESIDENT

Richard Lyttle-Armstrong serves as Vice President of AAPI CPA, where he leads initiatives that strengthen representation, mentorship, and professional advancement for AAPI leaders across commercial real estate and facilities. He also contributes to HP Build as a project leader, supporting high-design commercial construction projects throughout the Bay Area. Outside of work and community service, Richard enjoys cooking and discovering new restaurants.

STUART LEE

FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

Stuart Lee is one of the founders of AAPI CPA and has long supported leadership development, education, new business opportunities, and scholarships for young Asian Americans in the commercial construction and real estate industries. Now retired, Stuart remains connected to the community he helped build and enjoys golfing with his dog, traveling domestically and internationally with his wife, and riding his road bike.

WAYNE HUIE

FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

Wayne Huie is the CEO and Owner of Young Electric + Communications, where he has helped guide the company’s growth for more than 23 years. With more than 40 years of experience in construction and engineering, Wayne has served as President and CEO since 2003 and is recognized for developing design, engineering, and workflow processes that support efficient project delivery.

GERARD WEN

DIRECTOR

Gerard Wen is the Chief Security Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Albin Engineering Services, Inc., a staffing and recruiting firm serving technology and commercial real estate service companies. A UC Berkeley graduate and inactive CPA, Gerard previously worked with KPMG through a series of firm mergers. He found AAPI Commercial Professionals of America in the early 2020s and currently serves as a Board Member and Scholarship Committee member, having previously served as President and Treasurer.

SIMON YU

DIRECTOR

Simon Yu has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and has completed more than $3 billion in transactions. He is currently launching his own private equity real estate company and serves as the immediate past President of AAPI CPA. Outside of his professional and community work, Simon enjoys steelhead fishing.

CLAYTON JEW

DIRECTOR

Clayton D. Jew has spent more than three decades advising clients across the San Francisco and Bay Area real estate markets. Known for his “beyond-the-deal” advisory approach, he guides domestic and international clients through complex acquisitions and representation with a focus on long-term growth and portfolio optimization. Clayton serves as a Board Member of AAPI Commercial Professionals of America and leads its Mentor/Leadership Program.

CHRISTINA TRAN-WU

DIRECTOR

Christina Tran-Wu is a Business Program Manager at Intel with more than 18 years of experience in workplace services, operations, and corporate events. She specializes in designing scalable programs, enhancing employee engagement, and delivering executive-level initiatives that support organizational priorities. Christina currently serves as a Board Member of AAPI Commercial Professionals of America and is passionate about mentorship, professional development, and supporting emerging leaders.
